Why Hello There And…

…welcome to Just A Girl Who Watches TV. My name is Raylean and I am a self proclaimed TV addict. One of my favourite pastimes is watching a variety of TV shows from scripted dramas to documentaries, my viewing habits are very varied.

I am also TV freelancer and have worked on tv shows for channels including Netflix, Sky One, Amazon and BBC One. With a few years experience within the industry and a degree in Broadcast Television Production I tend to watch tv shows from a professional point of view and as a regular viewer. I find that through this I get a better understanding as to why a show may have been put together the way it has.

My favourite question to ask anyone is “what tv shows are you watching”? I find that I get a better understanding of someones personality through their viewing habits and from that I give recommendations of what shows they would love.
